The Beachburg Agricultural Society would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to a marketing opportunity that will benefit both you and the community. We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all who have supported our annual Fair in the past. Your contributions are greatly appreciated.

The Beachburg Fair is scheduled to take place July 24, 25, 26 and 27, 2008. We will be placing a special focus on sheep farming with our theme being “See Ewe at the Fair”.

Residents of the local community, as well as towns, cities and villages across the Ottawa Valley attend the Beachburg Fair every year making it one of the most highly attended and successful fairs in the province. To make our Fair memorable for all our guests, we are asking community members and businesses for their support in the form of a sponsorship. Contributing to our event offers you effective promotional opportunities as well as a sense of community.

The attached sponsorship opportunity document outlines the various levels available and what you or your business will receive in return for your generosity. We are pleased to accept any contribution that fits within your budget. The money you donate will be used towards upgrades and renovations to the fairgrounds and some of the special events and entertainment we have planned. If you wish to make a donation to a specific event or upgrade, please let me know and I will ensure your money is used as requested.
