Women's Institute Display

1. Open to all Institutes in North Renfrew.
2. All exhibits to be placed on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
3. Judging will commence at 9am on Thursday July 24, 2008.
4. Please notify Secretary before June 30th if you are putting in a display.
5. Note: The exhibit hall will be closed on Sunday July 27, 2008 at 4:30pm and then open at 5pm for exhibitors to pick up exhibits.

Class 36
Prize Money: $40, $35, $30, $25, all others $20
$10 attractiveness of display
$10 complete display (all 8 items)

Theme “Party”
Number of items to be no less than 3 and no more than 8. Overall Display will be judged and not the individual items. Judging will be based on
1. Overall appearance - 40 pts.
2. How well the theme is portrayed - 60 pts.
Display area will be approximately 4 feet.
